Refund policy

Thank you for making a positive difference in our lives by shopping with Allison’s Addicts Boutique!

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to finding a solution that will restore your confidence in us.

In general, our practice is to honor exchanges or returns within 7 days of receipt on any non-legging, non-food, non-sale item. Items must be unworn, have original tags attached and be free from odors/pet hair/etc. Sale items are not returnable.

Should you need to return an item please visit the storefront or email allisonsaddicts@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Include your complete first and last name along with the RAC inside your package. Please mail items in the same (or similar) packaging they arrived in. Customers are responsible for exchange/return shipping charges.  Items should be mailed to: Allison's Addicts Boutique 15620 Yakima Ct NW Ramsey, MN 55303.

In the rare instance you believe you received a defective item, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to allisonsaddicts@gmail.com.
