PREORDERS

Preorders are available for a limited time only for inventory that will not be regularly stocked in store. The only way to obtain preorder merchandise is to order it in advance through the preorder process. Customers should be aware that there are no returns on preordered items and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We do our best to meet demand based on estimates provided by the manufacturer. If for some reason the manufacturer cannot meet our preorder quantity requests, orders will be fully refunded.
